Do I need to be in shape before starting personal training?

Absolutely not. Personal training is designed to help you improve from your current fitness level, regardless of where you start. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, your program will be tailored to your abilities and goals.


What can you help me with?

Do you offer online coaching?

Yes. Online coaching is available nationwide and includes customized programming, accountability, exercise instruction, and ongoing support.


Where do you train clients?

I am based in Fayetteville, North Carolina and offer:

  • Mobile personal training

  • Outdoor training sessions

  • Online coaching

I am willing to travel throughout Cumberland County and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply depending on location.


Do I need a gym membership?

Not necessarily. Depending on your goals and available equipment, sessions can be conducted at your home, outdoors, or at an approved training facility.


How long are training sessions?

Most personal training sessions are approximately 60 minutes. Session length may vary depending on your goals and training plan.


How often should I train?

This depends on your goals, schedule, recovery, and fitness level. Most clients see excellent results training 2-4 times per week while following their prescribed program.


Do you provide meal plans?

Rather than restrictive meal plans, I focus on nutrition coaching and sustainable eating habits that fit your lifestyle. My goal is to help you build long-term success rather than temporary results.


What makes Muscle Social LLC different?

At Muscle Social LLC, I take a holistic approach to health and fitness. Every client receives individualized programming based on their goals, movement quality, strengths, weaknesses, and lifestyle.

I don't believe in one-size-fits-all workouts. My focus is helping clients move better, train smarter, prevent injuries, and achieve sustainable results.


What is corrective exercise?

Corrective exercise is a systematic approach used to identify and improve movement dysfunctions, muscular imbalances, mobility limitations, and stability issues that may contribute to pain, injury, or decreased performance.


Do you work with beginners?

Absolutely. Many of my clients start with little or no training experience. My job is to guide you through the process and help you build confidence while developing proper exercise technique.


Do you offer discounts?

Yes. Discounts are available for:

  • Military (Active Duty, Reserve, Veterans, and Retired)

  • Law Enforcement & Corrections

  • First Responders

  • Students

How do I get started?

The first step is scheduling a FREE consultation. During the consultation, we'll discuss your goals, fitness history, current challenges, and determine the best plan to help you succeed.

What should I bring to my first session?

Bring comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, water, and a positive attitude. If applicable, please bring any medical clearance or information regarding previous injuries or physical limitations.


What if I've had previous injuries?

Many clients come to me with previous injuries or movement limitations. My background in corrective exercise and recovery allows me to modify training appropriately and focus on safe, effective movement patterns.


How long will it take to see results?

Results vary depending on your goals, consistency, nutrition, recovery, and effort. Most clients begin noticing improvements in energy, strength, mobility, and overall fitness within the first several weeks of consistent training.
